Mr. Starr has experience in healthcare finance and operations. Previously, Mr. Starr held positions as a Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in the healthcare industry. He brings a broad range of experience and management skills to Starr & Leaf in his work in general taxation, business advisory and firm operations. Mr. Starr holds a Bachelor of Science in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Washington, a Master of Business Administration from Western Washington University, a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Washington's School of Public Health. Mr. Starr is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mrs. Vyas has valuable experience in the areas of general taxation and statutory audits of listed companies. Previously, Mrs. Vyas worked as an assistant manager of audits for a Big Four accounting firm. She brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to Starr & Leaf in her work in general taxation and business advisory matters. Mrs. Vyas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and economics from the University of Mumbai. She is a Certified Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Bellm has ample experience in the areas of general taxation. Previously, Mr. Bellm worked as an accountant on compilations, reviews, audits, and taxation matters for a regional accounting firm in North Carolina. He brings valuable knowledge and skills to Starr & Leaf in his work in general taxation, IRS representation, private client consulting and related matters. Mr. Bellm holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and a Master of Science in accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Mr. Bellm is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Caufield brings valuable accounting and advisory experience to Starr & Leaf. Mr. Caufield began his career in public accounting at a Big Four accounting firm before becoming an investment advisor. Mr. Caufield's practice is focused on tax and financial planning for high-net worth clients. Mr. Caufield holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of Washington. He is a Charted Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.
